The AACIS Chemical Immobilization Technician certification course is the number one chemical immobilization training program available in the United States.

equips animal welfare professionals with the skills and knowledge to safely and effectively capture aggressive, injured, or unsocialized animals.

Designed with safety and professionalism in mind, this blended-format course includes 16 hours of comprehensive online instruction and 8 hours of hands-on, face-to-face training.

Participants will gain expertise in chemical capture equipment, drug handling, dosage calculation, and field immobilization procedures.

This course empowers officers to protect the public and themselves while humanely managing animals that cannot be safely captured by traditional methods.
